Founder and owner of ASESOR, Rahela Jurković, has been working in international business environment since 1997. She holds three master degrees: one in marketing and two in European studies, including the Master of Arts from bilingual (English-French) College of Europe, where she specialised economics. In January 2018 Rahela obtained a PhD degree (in ethnology and cultural anthropology) and defended her doctoral thesis with the highest grade, summa cum laude. Rahela’s professional experience involves five-year work in the IT sector in Croatia (in sales and marketing); 3-year work in the Netherlands Embassy in Zagreb, as trade and economic assistant; and over 10 years of experience in project management and consultancy business. Her specialities are policies and programmes of the European Union, that she follows and participates in since 2002, when she was a trainee in the European Commission in Brussels, in the Directorate General for Enterprise & Industry. Besides her mother tongue, Croatian, Rahela is fluent in English and French, has a good knowledge of Italian and basic language competences in Spanish and Dutch languages.
